About Jarred: After graduating from Trinity College in 2006, I embarked on a sports marketing career with some of Boston’s most iconic brands. As fate would have it, I turned down a sales position with the Boston Red Sox to found the Social Media Division of REIC, my father's company. REIC provided advanced social media services, strategies, and coaching for the top 1% of real estate and mortgage professionals in the United States. My day-to-day consisted of creating accounts and strategies for real estate professionals that resulted in dozens of sold homes, new loan applications, and hundreds of new leads for our clients. In 2012, I joined Fairway Independent Mortgage’s Boston Branch as a Mortgage Loan Advisor. Learning from some of the best in the business, I was able to grow a network of real estate partners and clients . I help about 100 people per year realize their dream of home ownership, while being a reliable and knowledgeable resource for my real estate partners. Every day my goal is to help support them and get their deals closed. In 2016 I was fortunate to receive the prestigious Charlie Bell "Rookie of the Year" award from Fairway Mortgage for my volume closed in my first full year originating mortgages. I've been named a Top 1% Mortgage Originator in America by Mortgage Executive magazine in 2016, 2017 and 2019. In November 2017, with the unrivaled support of Fairway Mortgage, I was on a team that opened Fairway's Back Bay branch at 37 Newbury Street in Boston. We have doubled the employees at our branch and created a platform for Loan Officers to double their business in 1 year by tapping into our operations support, loan programs, marketing systems, and positive culture. I love talking about the mortgage industry, helping clients, meeting new real estate agent partners, and other loan officers. Oh--and I love Boston Sports, my son, golf, and personal growth!
